Overview
Overview
This project was a branded film for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, developed as part of an APAC-wide employer branding initiative led by Weber Shandwick, with a primary focus on the China market.
As Producer, I led the production in close partnership with senior agency and client stakeholders, overseeing delivery across regional teams and ensuring alignment from development through post-production.
Production Approach
The project required structured coordination across multiple markets within a tightly managed timeline. I oversaw casting, approvals, and production logistics, aligning stakeholders early to enable an efficient one-day shoot with extended hours.
Production was executed with a China-based crew and monitored remotely from Singapore. I maintained continuous communication between agency, client, and on-ground teams to ensure real-time alignment and decision-making throughout the shoot.
Outcome
The film was delivered on schedule and rolled out across both internal and external channels as part of Hyatt’s regional employer branding strategy. Post-production was managed collaboratively to preserve creative intent, with additional cut-downs produced for broader APAC deployment.
